iPhone Battery Repair

In December, Apple announced a battery replacement program for users experiencing battery and performance issues. We are ready to help facilitate your battery replacement for a fee of $50 plus tax (includes battery replacement and labour). All of our technicians are Apple Certified and all of our repairs are backed with a 90-day guarantee.

How much does it cost?

Our iPhone Battery repair service costs $50, this includes $35 for the replacement battery and $15 service facilitation fee. We require payment to be taken up front.

How long does it take?

Please note that we are currently experiencing a two-week delay in battery availability for iPhone 6 and 6s Plus due to Apple inventory constraints.

iPhone 6 Plus batteries currently have a longer lead time because this iPhone is no longer being manufactured. Replacement batteries will be available in late March/early April. We apologize for the wait time, but we will let you know as soon as the battery is here so you can get your battery replaced.

Due to increased iPhone repair volumes, customers are encouraged to schedule an appointment before coming into the store for service. We want your visit to be a pleasant one and we appreciate your patience in this process.

If we do not have the battery in stock and the replacement battery is not affected by the inventory constraints above, it takes 2-3 business days to arrive in-store. Customers will be informed when their replacement battery has arrived and are invited to come back within 24 hours with their iPhone for us to complete the battery replacement.
